Our Guarantee

• We guarantee that any component we install will be replaced or repaired within 2 working days of reporting the failure.
• Our racking systems are Australian approved and have a 10 year product warranty.
• Our personal workmanship warranty exceeds industry standards at 10 years. 
• Our panels and inverters have a minimum 5-10 year product warranty and can be extended up to 15 years on request.
• Our after-sales-service includes teaching you how to use your inverter to monitor your system & analysing the results so we can ensure it is operating to maximum performance. 
• All warranty claims are serviced and repaired by our qualified technicians at no cost to you.

Existing Systems

If you had a solar system installed by another provider and you are unfortunate enough to have issues not covered by warranty, Driftwind Electrical can install replacement components that ARE covered by the warranties outlined above at extremely competitive prices.
