I would like to say that I was most impressed with the service I received from your company. I did have reservations at first as I did not know your company when I was first contacted. But I am happy that I decided to go with your company and have my solar panels installed.
It was great to have such great customer service which is lacking in some businesses these days. But your service was second to none and you have excellent team working for you.
I would recommend your company to my friends who are considering electrical services or installation of solar panels. I wish your company all the best for the future.

Allan’s honest and professional attitude and service was excellent! Nothing was too much trouble for you and your follow up service was great; every question was answered with honesty. Your service and back up (both during and after the sale) was first class and you are a credit to your company. Sue and I thank you greatly.
Sue and I found your installers, Tim and Jurgen, to be very courteous, helpful and diligent. Tim found a tile that was cracked and was not sure if it was him or a previous crack. He came to see if I had a replacement; I didn't so he siliconed it to make sure there would be no further leaks. That’s service! Both Tim and Jurgen were great; they explained everything that was being done, they were neat and tidy and very professional. You have a great team and they all deserve a big pat on the back because you couldn't ask for better ambassadors for your company.
The follow up and attention to detail is great and a credit to your company. I look forward to doing more business in the future and have no hesitation in recommending your company to my friends and business clients.

We would like to let you know how professional the team of work men that came and installed our solar panels on 9th Aug were. It was a pleasure to have them doing work round our home, they are a great team, they were courteous, spoke nicely to each other, clean in their presentation, no radio blasting, they kept the work area clean and gathered up all rubbish before they left, delightful young men. They seemed to have the solar panels installed in no time at all.
Oh and we are enjoying watching our solar panels pump out the kWh's.

We just wanted to let you know that our system has been going for about 56 days of the 88 days on the bill and it has already saved us $334 compared to our last bill! The return on our investment is better than the banks can offer and we can't wait to see a full quarter with the meter installed so we can see exactly how much your system has saved us.

Hi John,
Just a quick note to let you know how happy we are and have been with your electricians. I had a call to my commercial property today for a tenant - the tenant's electrician had looked at the problem and told us we needed to re-wire the whole circuit and had us in a panic about it being a fire hazard. You sent Steve and his assistant out this morning; they were able to locate a spot where water was getting into an unused power point and where the leak was coming from.
Just an email of appreciation as this is certainly not the first time that your guys have been able to solve a problem easier and quicker than another opinion we have had.

We have just received our account (rather late because of the firms computer glitch) for a full 3 months period - from 12 Nov 2009 to 12 Feb 2010. During this time, our 1kW system generated 234 kWh and we were paid 44 cents per kWh for that. This equates to $102.96 which was credited to our a/c. As we have a gas stove and there are only the two of us, this is more than half of our electricity charge.
We used Driftwind Electrical to install the solar panels and have continued to use them for all electrical work. I was especially impressed by John's knowledge of the current rebate system and recommend you give him a call.
